Neutral Special: Blocks. If you stay in place, you shoot a red ball from the games, if you jump then you place a colorful block like Minecraft Steve. If you press the button while On top of the block, it changes colors. It can be attacked, and when taken enough damage, it explodes and deals elemental damage(the element depends on the color)
Side Special: Wrong-Way, and Ugg(Q*Bert Summons Wrong Way or Ugg and Kicks them to the opponent like Olimar throwing Pikmin)
Up Special: Disk(Take a ride on the multi colored disk from the original game to ride on upward)
Down Special: Coily(Summon Coily like Daroach being able to summon the rest of the Squeak Squad in Kirby Star Allies, and set him like a trap)
Final Smash: Pyramid Bomb(Grab enemies and drag them to the top of the stage like Mii Brawler, they then get trapped in a pyramid of blocks that you can jump on for a Mini round of the Q*Bert Arcade game, except instead of changing the pyramid a Second color, each jump changes a block to a different color. The wider variety of colors on the pyramid, the more damage dealt)
