Haru Okumura - 7☆ Rank - Haru met Mae on the school rooftop. Their mutual love for flowers brought them close together as friends. Their only time together is on the rooftop, planting flowers, but it's enough for them.

Chihaya Mifune - 5☆ Rank - Chihaya and Mae have been friends for a few days. After she started being the fortune teller in the Red Light District, Chihaya and Mae met. Mae is constantly trying to encourage Chihaya to get out of the bad situation, but Chihaya just needs a bit more of a push from someone with more resolve.

Background/Bio

Early Childhood (0 - 4)

When she was 4, her parents weren't getting along very well. She and her older sister matured pretty quickly due to seeing the physical abuse that their father did to their mother.

Childhood (4 - 10)

When Musumae was ten years old, her father came home late at night, reeking of alcohol, and stumbling to walk. She knew what was going on, since it hadn't been uncommon for him to come home like this. She knew not to talk or be around him when he was like this, because he'd get very angry when drunk, but this night he was especially furious. She couldn't avoid him, and he asked her to come over to him.

"Dad, are you alright? I saw you stumbling and--"

He raised his voice, practically yelling at her.

"Don't you see?! I'm FINE! Just for asking that dumb question, you're getting punished you fucking piece of no good shit!"

He formed his hand into a fist and swung at her. Before it could hit Mae, her older sister, Kasuma, grabbed his fist.

Kasuma yelled, "You can hurt me. You can hurt mom. But I swear. I swear to fucking god, if you even think about laying a finger on Mae, I won't hesitate to call the police on you. You hear me, you deadbeat?!" This woke up their mother who was sleeping upstairs.

Their mother hurried to the stairs, afraid of what would happen next. "You don't fuck with me you little shit!" Their mother heard.

She then heard the sound of shattering glass, and falling. She feared her husband, but cared deeply for her children. Because of this, she called the police, telling them what was happening, then ran downstairs, to see her husband with a broken wine bottle in his hand, glass on the floor, Kasuma laying on the ground, the father kicking Kasuma’s head, and Mae screaming for him to stop, pulling on his arm. The mother grabbed an empty wine bottle on the ground and went behind her husband. She swung the bottle as hard as she could, knocking him out. She fell to the ground, holding Kasuma in her arms. After questioning and putting Kasuma in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit), their father was detained and imprisoned. He would serve 40 years for charges of abuse, assault, public intoxication, driving under influence, and many other crimes.

After a year, Kasuma still hadn’t awoken from her comatose state, she had sustained a major concussion, but miraculously didn't have any other health defects, though her consciousness still had no sight of returning.

Mae still feels guilt and sorrow for what happened that day. She can't shake the feeling of the shame she felt then, as so, she puts up a happy and comionate façade, making sure to keep others happy.

Early Adolescence (11 - 13)

After a year, Kasuma awoke from her comatose state, and made a full recovery. She had sustained a major concussion, but miraculously didn't receive any long term effects. She would be released for the hospital soon after waking up. It was a tear jerking moment, that made Mae feel extremely happy, although she could never shake the feeling that she failed her sister that day, and was nothing but useless while Kasuma got hurt. Mae pretends to be happy and okay, but is actually suffering from severe Clinical Depression. She hasn't told this to anyone.

Adolescence (14 - 17)

Mae put up a happy front, and became a people pleaser. She tries her hardest to make those around her happy, even with her weird quirks. She makes sure no one can see the distorted heart she buries deep within her. Mae holds a distorted palace in her heart, one holding constant remembrance of that night. Romance

When you're at 9☆ confidant tank with her, you will be given the dialogue, "I know flowers are pretty and all, but do you have some ulterior motive to hanging out with me..?" In order to achieve her girlfriend status, say "There's no flower more beautiful than you." Rather than, "Nope! You're just really easy to be around." By answering the first option, you have achieved her girlfriend status.
