This episode continues the Mon Cala arc, with the Gungans, led by Jar Jar, coming to the rescue of the Mon Calamari and the Jedi.
This was a cool episode with some fun action. Jar Jar wasn’t as annoying as he has been before, and the commentary on what it means to be King wasn’t that engaging for me. I feel like the themes of this arc were too detached from the usual TCW themes, which usually are universally relatable. I did love seeing more action from Riff Tamson though!
