I was wondering how adopt teams work because I found them interesting and I maybe wanted to create one of my own. :)

How does everyone get paid ac?
What are "issues"?

Issues are basically the post itself, and usually when they send their adopt they also send their TOS and coinbank so you can put it in the post with their adopt.
The most successful adopt team I was in had active (about 13 or so active artists) who would be warned/kicked if they didn’t make any adopts for maybe 2-4 issues in a row, and 2 separate chats (one for general chatting and one for voting on themes and sending in their designs).
It’s kind of hard to keep an adopt team alive if either the host or most of the team sort of leave or stop sending stuff in. My suggestion is to find people who are active, warn/kick anyone who doesn’t make anything for about 3 issues in a row, let everyone vote on themes, set deadlines and stick by them, be active and talk to the , and spread out adopt posts by weeks or a month.

An issue is basically the number of post that team had made
They get paid that people offer them like if someone offers 500 ac a bust for the character that goes to them directly
