The first six episodes of Steven Universe Future have been very interesting to watch with many new surprises and new storylines being told. As most of you will , In the SU movie we saw the Diamonds play a role in the future of Spinel. So far though, we have not seen or heard about either of them in the new episodes. Do you think these characters will play a role in Steven Universe Future? My guess is based off of logic; I think that they will play a role in assisting Steven against the problems that he will face over the next episodes of Steven Universe Future. We have already seen a few interesting candidates for the ‘villain’ in the series. If these are the final episodes of Steven Universe, then it would be reasonable that Spinel and/or the Diamonds will play at least a role in the series because it doesn’t make much sense to introduce a new ‘bond’ between two or more characters and not go into that storyline any further. But what do you guys think, will the Diamonds or Spinel be a part of SU Future?
