i think you've probably seen most of these

tips but i'd just like to repeat it for you in

case you guys needed this. :)

────────

𝗼𝗻𝗲 ፧ acceptance

first of all, acceptance. accept what has already

happened, look forward to the future than just

focusing on the past. it won't do you good

dwelling on that for the next few days since

sooner or later you'll have to move on. keep in

mind that you can't change what has already

happened so instead think about what you can

do in the future to avoid this experience from

repeating.

𝘁𝘄𝗼 ፧ don't be discouraged

please don't stress yourself out too much

because your grades don't define you. yes,

its a bad grade and its alright to feel sad

or probably mad at yourself but this shouldn't

be a reason for you to keep yourself down in

the dumps for a really long time. let your

feelings out and boost your mood by doing

activities which encourage you or talk to your

friends or trusted ones about it. believe in

yourself and just do better next time.

𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 ፧ realize your mistakes

look for the cause, see what you did wrong.

was it because of a careless mistake, an

unclear topic or maybe you got distracted

when you were studying for that exam. learn

from your mistakes and make this experience

become your motivation to do better.

𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 ፧ take action

after identifying the reason, take action. ask

yourself how you can improve and how you

can avoid this from repeating. if you need any

help don't hesitate to ask a friend or better yet

your teacher, they would be glad to answer.

this might help increase your final grade as

they can see that you are listening and putting

effort in studying.

𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 ፧ other grade components

there are other grade components other than

the exams like class participation, projects,

assignments etc. to make sure that your final

grade wouldn't go down by a lot be participative

in class by answering questions, volunteering

and by clarifying what you don't understand.

most of time, its not only you who isn't clear

with a topic, there are usually others who are

just afraid to ask.

𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗮 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮,

𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗶 𝘆𝗮𝘇𝗮𝘄𝗮

"don't just give up, hachiko. life is about getting

knocked down over and over, but still getting

up each time. if you keep getting up, you win."

life won't always go the way you want it to, because

that just how it is. but this shouldn't be a reason

for you to quit. so don't let this bad grade bring

you down. don't beat yourself up just because you

couldn't accomplish your goal or live up to the

expectations. its okay because we're all trying

hard to achieve our dreams and we know its not

going to be smooth journey. it's alright because

in this battlefield called life, you're not alone.

cherish youself a little bit more, believe that you

are strong and capable because you are. so let's

get up and try again. i know we can do this. and

here's a reminder to not overwork and stress

yourself. yes, we need good grades but grades

aren't everything.

before ending, i just wanted to share this post

from instagram on toxic positivity. i think its a

nice topic and somehow related to this blog.

so what is it? toxic positivity basically refers

to keeping positive and rejecting negative

emotions. the post further elaborates and

explains it, so check it out.

this was a short one(?). i really wanted to make

this blog for a long time–its been in my drafts

for as long as i can , that i forgot

what i actually wanted to place here but thank

you for reading this!
