:crystal_ball: || A Guild In Crisis [SPOILERS]

It happened, guys. It actually fucking happened. After years of waiting and begging and crying, I am finally getting my well deserved Vanus Galerion content...

Vanus Galerion is my favourite TES character of all time, and I don't mean that in a normal way. I mean he is the type of character that makes me foam at the mouth like a rabid dog. If Vanus Galerion told me to commit atrocities I would ask how many. And I cannot explain that feeling, those who get it, get it and those who don't, don't.

I will start this off by saying I am not usually very critical. I am easy to please and I have always been that way, especially with games I really like.

Now with that out of the way, I was APPALLED by the trailer for this prologue. The dialogue from both Prince Azah and Skordo [ESPECIALLY SKORDO] made me want to gag. Now Prince Azah only had one line that made me go "???" But Skordo's recollection of the Planemeld made me want to tear my skin off like an angry chimp. The delivery of that "Craaazy time." Line OH MY GOD??? I had an entire crashout on my Instagram close friends story. Shout out to whoever witnessed it 🫶🏼 there may be three of you here.

In all honesty. I believe Vanus was once again robbed here. This story is huge to his character. Fucking HUGE why he wasn't even shown or spoke in the trailer just blows me away. Not surprised, they neglect him a lot...

At the end of the day, I've [as I said.] Waited years for this story to be told. Nothing would stop me from trying to enjoy it. So even though I was dejected, I hopped on after work and started playing.

And just like that, it wasn't bad.

IM STILL NOT DONE! I had to get off after talking to Vanus outside of the Shornhelm Fighter's Guild but I had fun!!! It's been awhile since I've been so glued to a quest line. My heart PLUMMETED when Mazamma was called the leader of the Worm Cult, I was genuinely in SHAMBLES guy. That's when crashout 2 ensued on the lovely Instagram.

It's okay... I'm getting my Mannimarco back too. False alarm. I lost it for nothing.

ANYWAYS. THIS IS WHY I MADE THIS BLOG: VANUS. GALERION.

FATHER.

HE IS JUST AS FUNNY AS HE WAS BEFORE. He was REALLY cold towards Merric's death, and it like gave me whiplash for a second because who you are you to comment on his actions when you tried to solo The Black Forge? I did NOT forget that. I love the roleplay dialogue options. I chose the friendly ones all the time but I'm going to be replaying on another toon.

I've always found Vanus' vanity to be funny as well. His like "what haven't I been doing? I'm the greatest living mage in all of Tamriel." OKAAAY. The self glaze is crazy... OH, AND I ALSO LOVE HOW I COULD POINT OUT HIS ABSENCE KINDA!! CAUSE WHERE WERE YOU??

They... nailed... his... design. I am IN LOVE with his jacket, and the new outfits of the Mage's Guild as a whole! DEFINITELY a much needed change. I saw this and was just UGHHH blown away, speechless. I actually saw this VERY BREIFLY when the quest was on PTS, so I knew it was coming. What I didn't know was coming, however, was his new staff.

BEAUTIFUL. UNIQUE. I stared at this for so long just taking in every detail. Can you tell I'm normal?

I HAVEN'T FINISHED YET!! AND I ALMOST DONT WANT TO BECAUSE I'M WAITING UNTIL JUNE 18TH (I THINK) TO PLAY MOREEE
