I followed lazycatkitchen's recipe for walnut cake however i made it in loaf form so i cooked it at a slightly lower temperature for a little less time :) i also am not a fan of coffee so i didnt make a coffee buttercream i used a pre made vegan vanilla one, and topped it with some more crushed walnuts :blush:
