Looking for a Deep & Genuine Friendship

Hello there!

My name is Jack/Chloe a gender-fluid bi polyamorous austisic 23-year-old from England, and I’m putting this post out there in hopes of finding someone that can fill a void in my life something i mean needing, a truly meaningful connection.

I’ve had friendships in the past that meant the world to me. Ones where we talked every day, played games, shared laughs, shared pain even just existed together in silence sometimes.

But unfortunately they have since left my life and i can’t say that absence hasn’t gone unnoticed for a long time. So here I am, reaching out, getting back on the horse if you will, hoping to find someone who is looking for the same.

What I’m Looking For?

Ideally I’m looking for a close friend who genuinely want to connect on a regular basis

One thing that should be said before anything here is i much prefer calling over texting for various reasons.

I feel i can be more myself whilst talking,i feel a psychical barrier whilst texting,could be a mix of my autism and dyslexia but 9/10 also prefer calling just thought i should get that out there quickly

Another thing i need is emotional safety someone i can be emotionally vulnerable with someone i can lean on if necessary Someone who’s patient, emotionally aware, and doesn’t mind someone who’s clingy, sensitive, or high-maintenance because I am those things ^^’

But in return, you’ll get someone loyal to the end, who genuinely wants to make you feel seen, heard and appreciated, someone will you always will be able to rely on and count on. And someone who wants you to feel as comfortable leaning on them as i am you

Gaming

I myself am a gamer and it’s my primary hobby and time and having someone i can share that with and generally just gaming socially is more enjoyable to me than playing solo

For the past how many years I’ve generally been primarily an Xbox gamer,growing up as a child i always loved nintendo mario games and all but as i entered my teens and ventured into online gaming xbox slowly became my new home

Recently however I’ve recently acquired a Steam Deck, so my gaming once more could slowly be shifting to another platform that being on PC/Steam.

Of course i’m Still down to play on Xbox as thats where a majority of my library still exists. Some of the games I’m currently looking to play with people are as follows

Marvel rivals

Most my friends either don’t like it and the one that does can’t play it as it doesn’t work for them. And i’ve been really wanting it play it but just generally dislike playing it alone

Team Fortress 2

Been wanting to play TF2 for years but with my lack of access to a pc i’ve never had the opportunity now i do and would love to play it with someone

Dead By Daylight

Especially with the 9 year anniversary event coming up i’d love to play as i imagine they will be a ton of bloodpoint boosters as i don’t tend to play the game unless their active so ye

Black Ops 3 Zombies [Custom Maps]

Specifically looking to do custom maps zombies on the steam platform here,i actually have it on xbox too but not much of an appetite for the vanilla game

Fortnite

With the new mirco star wars season and being a lover of star wars i definitely want to jump on it so anyone willing to play it with me would be good,but don’t expect long term commitment to fortnite as overall i play very sporadically jump on once every so often when there is a battle i actually like

Primal Carriage

A dino game i got recently on steam and would be really nice to play with people as again wanted to play this for years but never had access

They maybe other games i’d be willing to play too but these are the core ones.

Another thing i should mention is usually i do game with some of my friends so having someone who would be open to meeting and ing them would be nice

And i know mentioning this itself maybe a tad hypocritcal but i feel i should anyway i’m not a huge fan of ing random groups of people it’s something that’s always caused me anxiety,i always feel left out overlooked and overall unseen.

Which is usually when i do partake in groups there usually filled with people I already know and ones i usually orchestrate

My Interests

Anime & Shows

My all-time anime favs are Initial D and Toradora, but I’ve also love shows such as Invincible, The Boys, and tons of other stuff

I’d enjoy watching stuff together wether that be shows or animes and i have a perfect site we can do that on and even on youtube there is plenty of things we can watch via screensharing

Football & F1

I enjoy football as well as formula 1, i primarily watch the premier league and champions league and sadly some europa due to being a man united fan.

I got into football around 2018 after watching the world club and haven’t looked back since and to be honest i don’t regret getting into it given the connections it’s allowed me to have but i it i am starved for football convo so meeting another football fan would be nice

I also happen to follow my local championship club (if you know enough about the EFL i’d like you to take a guess)

Also as an f1 fan the team i choose to follow was mclaren,i originally followed Ferrari but after releasing how bad they were and having enough of that shit with united i went to McLaren being the british team that i felt attracted to with the history and having a somewhat affection for norris

This happened to occur during their incredible rise but i assure you i am not a glory fan me choosing to united in their worst years should say everything about that

Unlike football i got into f1 around 2023 it started with me heavily getting into the f1 22 game on games whilst doing a career mode and then i started watching videos about the history of f1 by a guy called peter brook legend that man

So i decided to go watching the real races and i cant say i regret that either. My favourite drivers would happen to be alonso,Schumacher and senna to name a few but there is many i like and dislike too

Music

I love singing,i can play a few tunes on the keyboard and would be more than happy to preform for anyone ,i’ve had a Spotify subscription for how long

I listen to a variety of music 90s/00s rock being a prime example among other genres.

Traveling

As you can tell by my gamer life style i’ve always been a shutin. But honestly the idea of traveling is alluring to me,i speaking with my friend in detail planning out trips for where we could go,obviously things with us went south so that came to nothing.

But i just don’t feel comfortable or confident traveling alone and would one day really like to meet someone who would travel with me

Preferably in or near EU time zones (but not a dealbreaker)

Isn’t afraid of forming a close bond that’s not shallow or short lived
