Description: You can create bubbles that float over to your targets. You can create as many bubbles as you have INT. These ones keep going towards your target for hours.
"Water Cutter" (Active)

Description: You summon a wave of cutting water from your hands or weapon that goes 5 metres before just becoming a calm splash of water. But before then it's a spell that deals slashing water damage that ignores non water DEF.

Description: You absorb a lot of prana in your body and form a magical aura around you that adds +2 DEF to every part of your body. This water based aura grants +10 water and wind DEF.
"Water to Wine" (ive)

Description: Any water your hand touches can be transformed into wine of a quality equal to an INT roll.

Description: You gather water from the atmosphere or any other available source to create wings that you can use to fly or swim quickly. You have -2 DEF from electricity while these are active.
"Bubble Shield" (ive)

MP Cost: 2 per bubble.
Range: 10 metres per turn
Description: You can create bubbles that float over to your targets. You can create as many bubbles as you have INT. These bubbles orbit your target to protect them. Each bubble increases the required ACR to hit them by 1. A successful hit landed however will pop one of the bubbles.

Range: 20 per turn.
Description: You create a cloud above you that fills up a 50 metre radius. You can take an action after this to move the cloud by up to 20 metres per turn. Anything below the cloud will take constant damage every turn regardless of defence. It also reduces non water DEF by 1 at the start of every turn to a minimum of 0.
"Healing Rain" (ive)

MP Cost: 10 (Start) 1 (Per Turn)
Range: 20 per turn.
Description: You create a cloud above you that fills up a 50 metre radius. You can take an action after this to move the cloud by up to 20 metres per turn. Anything below the cloud will regenerate HP and restore stats by 1 per turn if they were lowered. If this was caused by a status effect the stats will revert to being lower as soon as they leave the rain.
"Mad Nimbus" (ive)

MP Cost: 5 (Start) 1 (Per Turn Each)
Range: 20 per turn.
Description: You create a cloud that's just really angry at everything. He zaps anyone and everyone you point him toward. You can summon multiple of these though if you summon more than your INT they may turn on you. The cloud does water damage with the properties of electricity such as stunning and traveling through water.
