Community Wide One-shot

The once peaceful and prosperous kingdom of Tabletoppolis has fallen into despair as the once charismatic and joyful Queen Nephimzariel has become a ghost of her former self.

There are rumors amongst the faithful that this change is due to the Queen taking up with a new lover - Lord Obus. Spiteful lizardmen have crawled out of the Swamp of Reaching and now patrol in thin packs as their numbers have mysteriously diminished.

A rebellion of those faithful to the Queen seek to assassinate those responsible for the Queen's transformation. Will you try to infiltrate and crush the rebellion? Will you aid them to save Queen Nephimzariel and Tabletoppolis? Or will you seek to put the Queen out of her misery?

It's your favorite neighborhood Nephi, and I'm SUPER excited to announce a single shot freeform roleplay game this Saturday!!!

This game will begin around 10AM Pacific (California time) and will run 4-6 hours (or earlier if the quest comes to it's conclusion). It will be text AND voice (though I will likely be using text only) and played via Tabletop's Discord server. (Sorry that's the only way to play) It will be entirely free-form RP, and the GM will be me! Nephi. :satisfied:

You don't have to stay for the whole game, and you can come in late if you have to.

We've also invited the folks over at World of Darkness Amino to the party, which should make for some FUN.

Character sheets must be submitted and approved by Thursday night (so I have time to adjust the story to suit the party). Character rules will be included with the character sheet template. (Attached to this post at the bottom)

Game play rules.

2. What I say goes. If you want to question my ruling on something, PM me on Discord. The action may not be up for debate. Keep this in mind.

3. Characters must all take their hits within reason - no ignoring attacks. No one dodges EVERY hit. If you try to do so, then I will step in and post further action/damage to your character.

**I'm a pretty fair and reasonable GM, and this is meant to be something fun, NOT something to be taken too seriously.

While the exact details of "winning" can't be disclosed (because it would give away the plotline) the winner of this campaign will receive the following:

:crown: The custom title of Demi-God or Demi-Goddess

:crown: Leader for a day (vicariously through Nephi). For 24 hours whatever changes you might like to enact for Tabletop will be so, as long as what you want to do doesn't break Tabletop. Because that would be bad. Want to change Tabletop's appearance? So be it. Want to change Tabletop's guidelines? So be it! Want to feature every post you've ever written? SO BE IT!

☹Those who quit the game because it's not going your way, or those who fail to be good sports about the rulings made will have their own custom title of Cry-Baby. Let's keep it light and fun guys.
