May 2021: Taurus

Hey there again, here is my setup for the month of May.

This month is based on the zodiac sign Taurus, but it might be a little confusing. The first thing that came to my mind were the bullfights in countries like Spain, and Portugal. The main colour would be bright red. But because the last months had been stressful, I wanted something simpler. I combined the colour red with the colour of the birthstone of may, the emerald, which stands for love, harmony and patience. How can you come green better with another vibrant colour than with flowers. I chose poppies because I really like them and I always wanted to use them in one of my spreads.

The characteristics of a Taurus also match really well with the nature theme: they have stable character and clear goals to work towards, they are also very calm persons. They like quietness, so they hate to be disturbed. They are not good at dealing with failures either.
