I like to break them down into simple shapes then try to do them in more detail, if its isn't working I just pop some shoes on them and call it a day lol!
Here are some feets and shoes. Hope it helps.
Draw nubs for feet then advance to toes.
Practise practise practise. It may be easier to start by using bases you can find online to trace or draw from reference to get the feel of different curvatures. But try to use live references too. While images are great, live references give you a greater feel for the form and it's dimensions. When drawing them, reduce them to shapes first (especially the bottom of the foot because there are a lot of 'circular' sections) and then build up detail slowly from there. Simple to complex makes the world of difference
Try to trace other's art styles first and see what you like. :)
