Hello AF&E,
We hope you’re all doing well and continuing to prioritize your well-being.
We would like to take a moment to address a recent situation regarding an unofficial event that has sought promotion within AF&E.
Over the past week, we received multiple reports from expressing serious concerns regarding the behavior of individuals connected to this event, as well as the overall environment surrounding it. These reports specifically involve Storm, the agent of the Arabic community named "إهتمامات Amino" (Interest Amino).
These concerns include:
• The use of slurs and inappropriate language in titles.
• The suppression of LGBTQ+ .
• A lack of communication and professionalism with event staff.
• Enforcement of rules that go against Amino’s guidelines.
• Tolerance of unsafe or inappropriate content.
• Reported inconsistencies in how rules are applied or enforced.
After reviewing the evidence and testimonies submitted, the AF&E staff has made the decision to implement a full blacklist on this event. This means that any related content—whether promotional or otherwise—will be disabled on sight.
This decision was not made lightly. When credible and repeated concerns arise—particularly when they stem from the leadership itself—it becomes clear that the event cannot be separated from the behavior surrounding it.
As always, our priority is the well-being of our and the virtue of the event space.
It is important to clarify that this decision applies specifically to the individuals reported for their conduct, not to the event organizer or the broader communities they may be d with. Future events from these communities will be reviewed fairly, provided they are organized by different individuals who have not been involved in the current concerns.
While AF&E staff does not have the authority to issue disciplinary actions against s, we reserve the right to deny promotion for events that raise repeated and serious concerns regarding behavior and safety.
We deeply appreciate the individuals who came forward to report these issues. AF&E is committed to keeping this space safe and welcoming for everyone. If you’ve experienced anything similar or need help, don’t hesitate to reach out.
– AF&E Staff

Even if you don't allow or agree with the screenshots, it's still your responsibility as a Leader to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen. The event chat (I'm assuming) having a rule where words like "Femboy", "Gay", or "Lesbian" being banned is not acceptable regardless of the intent. Events are supposed to be welcoming to all s regardless of their sexuality, gender, or beliefs, so having a rule like that is already making your staff team look bad.
I don't know what the rest of the screenshots hold, but based on the screenshots published, I highly recommend to at least talk with your staff team about making a safe environment in your community.

Lmao
1st: who said it was them? You're legit accusing some people that you don't like and you can't spell their name bfr :joy:
2nd: you really want the proofs to been showed to people? You can take it?
3rd: if the report was all fake, this might've been well done for AF&E to blacklist you

Do not reveal names here or bring others into this. That is inappropriate and unprofessional. Feel free to message me or my staff privately to resolve your disputes, as you should have done earlier. But do not continue to drag it along here.
Is this the Interest Amino Community? If it is, I've been getting SO MANY spam messages with a heavy s*xual meaning in other communities with the link to it...
Yes it was spam attack to all Arabic comm

I'm not in that comm, the messages were invitations to it.
Yooooo.-
I know I am the silly random guy but if you are already calling out public, what a certain Amino with name has done, would it not be great to show the proof or at least a censored version of it?
I mean, it is public what they have done, so showing would not hurt, or?
This is something, I generally thought about when you guys made such a post.
I agree! Even if it’s not in the posts, maybe a google drive of proof would go well. I don’t believe accusations until I see proof, blindly believing is stupid.

hi, as arte said, we can't immediately link the drive proof to avoid putting the person who reported it in danger. however, me and the staff are discussing regarding this matter.
