My Hopes for KH4

Hey everyone! I've been getting into KH4 theories and the series' future lately and I needed a place to compile my thoughts, so I figured, why not make a blog! This will be a compilation of my hopes and theories for the game. Also, holes I want them to fill. KH3 didn't really answer many of my questions! These aren't listed in any particular order.

Anyways, let's begin.

Subject X

This is a mystery revolving around Isa and Lea's old friend they had, before she disappeared and they turned into Nobodies. Is she Skuld? Someone from Yozora's world? Who knows. I really hope we find out in KH4. It'd also be an excuse to develop Isa and Lea more now that they're somebody's who can share their friendship. Based on everything I've gathered, though, it would make the most sense for her to be Skuld. Especially considering that maybe she appeared around the same time as Ventus. The ending of Dark Road makes this theory more complicated, though.

Thank Naminè

I don't care if she was thanked digitally, I want to see Sora actually thank her. But at this point, it's been so long in game time, so it'd probably be odd. Still, if Sora comes back, I'd like to see them finally meet. I guess Sora doesn't her much which would take away from that, but still. ReMind didn't really do much to bond them either.

Elrena and Lauriam

I want to see these two again. I'm pretty confident we'll see Lauriam now that Strelitzia will be involved, and I really hope Elrena tags along. She's such an interesting character to me, starting out as a sweet Elrena in Ux only to become one of the sassiest characters in the series. I want to know why that happened, but I also want to see her fulfill her desire to help Lauriam find his sister. Especially after how they died in KH3. Marluxia (potentially) ed her sister and Elrena(potentially) itted to just tagging along with Marluxia. Again, really hope we can see these two. I'll be disappointed if Elrena is brushed over.

Demyx and Luxord

I think they're both givens. We have no idea what their deal is. I'm hoping they're connected to the Master of Masters and the foretellers somehow, or Yozora, for that matter. I just hope they don't change Demyx too much.

Yozora

How is Yozora connected to all of this? Who is he? Who are his friends? Is Strelitzia connected to him? I'd like to see answers to those. We all would, I think. Honestly, I think he's connected to the Master of Masters somehow. His eye feels like a giveaway to me. Or, he's some alternate Riku if he'd never given into darkness.

Additional Thoughts

Honestly, KH3 has set up so much for KH4 and things are only getting more complicated. I want the Wayfinder Trio and the Sea-Salt-Trio to be around, but I don't want them to be the main focus of the story. I also don't want things to get more complicated with them. Though, I'd like to see Ven involved with Elrena and Lauriam with all of the stuff Ux didn't answer. I also hope Lea gets to uncover subject X. As much as I love the current cast it'd be nice to focus more on the Ux characters and all of the new cast in Quadratum, but who knows, really. Let me know your thoughts!
