In the process of building, managing or growing each and every single Amino community, as Agents and Leaders we often get caught up in much of the bureaucracy, the rules, modding etc … this can and does affect some aspects of achieving our original goal of building a strong sense of community ..

What are some of the most common and important characteristics that, in your opinion, build strong and healthy relationships which ultimately flourish into larger healthy communities?

》How I Define Community《

I define community as a group of individuals connected by shared values, interests, or goals, who actively engage and one another.

In my experience when building an online community, the key elements include clear purpose, consistent communication, mutual respect, and opportunities for meaningful, thought provoking engagement and active participation.

Trust and safety are foundational and every member must feel seen, heard, and protected in my opinion.

Strong leadership that leads by example, helps guide the flow and direction, while reasonable flexibility allows the environment to evolve.

Ultimately, a strong sense of community feels like a place where people equally matter, both to the group and to each other.

I try to personally welcome every new member as well as keep active in chats. I can’t always keep up with it all but I try not to separate myself from my community and make each and everyone feel welcome, seen, heard and valued.
