Lilly of the valley has always been a special plant to me, I can as a child picking the flowers from my grandfather’s front yard as offerings for the fairies. they still grow there today.

They are a lovely sweet smelling bell shaped flower that is often associated with the Fae as well as purity, love, peace, and renewal.

You can use lily of the valley in spells and rituals pertaining to love or to cleanse yourself of past traumas
