I finally have all the pieces I need for my second entry in the here if you want to see my entry for the Individual Event. This is sort of a continuation of that post since I didn't say who I think would fit the role of Ghostface/Billy and Stu, so...

I think both Luis and Ada would make a great Ghostface duo! Since I was particularly thinking about which RE characters would fit Ghostface as well as fitting Billy and Stu, I wanted a pair of characters that could capture their dynamic with each other and also the other characters. Additionally, I wanted to see if I could find two characters with similar traits to Billy and Stu like I did in my other post.

In this case, both Luis and Ada have shown within RE that they can be a bit... morally dubious, which feels pretty key for a role like Ghostface. However, they've also posed as friends for the heroes of RE (particularly Leon), which feels reminiscent of how Billy and Stu posed in Sidney's group of friends. Not to mention how Ada and Luis seem to have a similar dynamic in RE4 to Billy and Stu, teetering between professional and friendship.

Moreover (whilst not exactly alike to their Scream counterparts) Ada and Luis hold the same duality of Billy and Stu in personality, with one being more serious and focused whilst the other is more playful and potentially sympathetic to the victims. However, whilst in many ways I think Ada fits Billy more and Luis does Stu, I think for the roles of the mastermind and the accomplice, it would be the other way around. Sure, Ada does orchestrate many events in RE, but we mainly see her acting on orders from others, whilst Luis is wickedly intelligent and would be better suited planning the kills that Ada then commits.

That's my reasoning for these picks, alongside the fact that I've wanted to do an Ada and Luis cosplay for ages and this gave me the opportunity to do so. A huge thank you to my partner for putting up with my antics despite knowing very little about RE! I've wanted to put him in a Luis cosplay for so long because I thought he would make a good fit.

For this cosplay, the only thing I had to buy fresh was his wig, which I trimmed and styled myself. My wig is my usual one for Ada cosplays, and the Ghostface mask was bought for Halloween ages ago. That's also why there's only one, since I didn't want to buy another if I wasn't going to use it again.

For clothes, I considered having us both in full RE4 cosplay. However, I thought it would be more fitting for Ghostface to be in a full black fit, though I did do my makeup in my usual style for RE4. The hardest part for this was doing the Luis makeup since I'm not used to doing it on others, but I think it turned out good enough!

And that's my contribution to the Scream Event! Thank you to the Event Team for running another great challenge, I've loved seeing everyone's entries, and I can't wait to see what else people make. Until next time...
