October 2021: Libra

Hey there again, October is almost there and I have my set-up ready for this new month.

The zodiac sign of this month is Libra, which is presented by scales. My main theme for this month is therefore based on balance and I thought that Jing and Jang was perfect to do so. I used black and white for the base of my spreads and I mainly used colour for the mood tracker and my schedule. I used many different colours because the opal, the birthstone of October, can have different colours as well. The opal stands for creativity, faith and decisiveness.

A Libra is friendly, diplomatic and high-spirited. But they are very nosy, they can be superficial and they hesitate quickly.

My set-up changed a bit for the new academic year. It is my first year at university, so I still have to figure out what set-ups work best for me, but I really like how this one turned out.

I kept a similar monthly calendar as last month and my mood tracker is pretty comparable as well. I added a tracker for my money (since I have to take care of that for myself now), with a simple layout. I describe the products I buy, I write down the price and I mark which category the product belongs to (foods, presents, extra’s…)

My weekly overview consists of a timetable, a meal planner on the side, a water tracker and a habit tracker on the bottom. This way I have everything for one week in one place.

In this new academic year I also have a normal planner besides my bullet journal. I mainly use this for an overview of my tasks for the week.

I also have space to write down my main events and my shopping list. There is also a space for emails to write, but since I do not need to write that much emails, I use this space for things I need to bring from home.
